d) What does it mean “unverified account”?

After being registered, your account is in an “unverified account” status as you didn’t verify your account yet. Which is, basically, a quick recognition of your identity through the verification of your identity document and a proof of residence.
If your account is unverified you will not be able to trade, deposit or withdraw cryptocurrencies and/or euro.
If your account is verified, you will be able to trade, deposit and withdraw cryptocurrencies and/or euro.
Before verifying your account please read "how to verify your account" - this will help you to avoid problems during verification process.

You must complete an additional form which will be issued to you by opening a ticket (specifying the request) directly from our customer support, if one or more of these conditions occurs:

- If your documents are not updated, euro withdrawals and deposits will be delayed until you properly update them.
