Terminology:

"heritage value" refers to the total amount of monetary value of all the assets owned by you.

"main source of wealth" refers to the source of your entire estate.

"yearly income" refers to the total value of income earned during a fiscal year.

"yearly income from activities" is, basically, the source originating your annual income (i.e from being an employee, or being self employed, real estate, capital annuities etc)
